The service is prompt and the counter staff reminded us that no carpark is needed for Sunday . They also shared the JB app for local carpark fee paying making sure we don’t get summon. The street along the hotel had many famous to try dessert stores. But the discount no longer valid should update.

Cheap place if you don't mind quality as a single business traveller. They were in the midst of renovation which happens during the day time so doesn't affect me when I am outside the whole day. Jaya grocer is located inside the Austin mall and is just 5mins walk away. Lots of eateries, but for more halal food options might have to go further out. The restaurant connected to the hotel only opens for lunch and dinner and non-halal. There is no free parking outside and have to pay using the app.

Hotel with nice interior design. Hotel and room was generally clean. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to Mount Austin area with all the food stalls. Close to a supermarket.

Very good location, there is a massage parlour right beside the hotel, restaurants just another 30-50m down the road. Supermarket is within 5 mins walk, the famous four beans soy bean curd is just beside the supermarket. Chun-k ktv is within 10 mins walk.  Hotel toilet is VERY VERY Small. You have no space to hang hand towel after use. The basin has no space for your toiletries. Shower area is very cramped in my opinion. We initially gotten room 205, once entered there is a mouldy smell. The bathroom door is all dust, room also. Luckily we were able to change the room and the air smells so much better. Room size is good, lots of space. There is no cupboard only an open concept hanging. Tv is still on analog version hence you cant pair and do screening from mobile. I do not quite like the room deco as such that if you leave the toilet light on at night, the room is very bright due to the glass design. There is no tissue paper in my room when we checked too. Front desk kept me waiting for 20 mins just to retrieve the luggage i stored with them.  In general, unless no choice i wouldnt put this hotel as top priority.

When we first entered the room, it smells of public toilet disinfectant and the floor is still a little wet as they just finished mopping it.

My 3rd time booking here. Convenient location in Mt Austin area. Easy access to surrounding F&Bs. Reasonable room size and cleanliness. Good affordable price for short stay. Enjoyed the surrounding vibrant CNY vibes with fire crackers in the air.

Location is near to all the good food in Mount Austin. Room is spacious. Water strength of the showerhead is good. Cleanliness was subpar, found hairs on pillow. Quality of toothbrush provided was very bad, bristles stucked inbetween teeth as we brush.
